LES SQUEAK was founded by Laura Serra and Louis-Nicolas Imbeau, two highly recognized veterans of the advertising and music industries. in 2024, the team added darra naiman as a partner heading up media and research.
LAURA SERRA
Head of Creative + Clients
Laura (Lala) is a true multi-hyphenate creative leader with over 15 years of experience in advertising, across a wide range of disciplines including traditional advertising, digital, design, PR, experiential marketing and integrated commerce.
She’s led some of Canada’s top agencies, including Narrative and Bensimon Byrne in Toronto, and in her last role as Executive Creative Director at Mosaic North America, she also led all content production for Canada and the US.
Her breadth of industry experience and work on global brands, from Nike and Converse to Youtube, Google, and Audi, give her the unique ability to solve problems with channel-agnostic, culturally-driven ideas but also, how to produce them efficiently and effectively.
LOUIS-NICOLAS IMBEAU
Head of Production + Ops
Nic (Vlooper) has over 20 years experience in the advertising and music production industries as an acclaimed composer, and mixing engineer, who’s worked with top brands like McDonald’s, YouTube, Audi, and Uber Eats.
Vlooper’s experience as the Executive Producer at Cuz Creation, a film and music production studio in Montréal, and a cousin studio of LES SQUEAK, brings built-in music and film/content production capabilities to every project, with an extended family of producers, composers, directors and editors.
Vlooper’s deep rooted and respected presence in the music scene, as well as his role in one of Quebec’s most famous hip hop groups, Alaclair Ensemble, brings a culturally-connected force to everything we do.
DARRA NAIMAN
Head of Media + Research
Darra (D) has over 15 years across media specialities and is considered a true creative media brain, committed to opportunities, channels, and platforms that inspire ideas.
Previous to Squeak, Darra worked at OMD, Neo @ Ogilvy, Bensimon Byrne, and most recently Tug, where she transformed a search and social-based performance team into a 360-media agency.
D is equal parts strategic in determining top/bottom funnel tactics and collaborative to make sure creative and media are working together to drive performance.
